Responsibilities
- Learn about Voltex's product range, industry standards, and customer segments.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities, such as preparing quotes and processing orders.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock counts.
- Gain knowledge of pricing and pricing structures for different products.
- Support marketing initiatives, including creating content for social media platforms and assisting with promotional campaigns.
- Learn about logistics and participate in coordinating product deliveries.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and suggest ideas for efficiency gains.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in the electrical industry.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for the electrical industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous experience or knowledge in the electrical industry (preferred but not required).
