Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and managing documentation.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, contributing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior HR experience or relevant internships is a plus.
