Responsibilities
  • Support Road Infrastructure Projects: Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of road infrastructure projects undertaken by the JRA.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to road conditions, traffic patterns, and infrastructure performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Field Inspections: Conduct regular field inspections to assess road conditions, identify maintenance requirements, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to JRA teams and external stakeholders regarding road engineering and management issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on project progress, findings from inspections, and other relevant activities.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in road infrastructure management, and contribute to research initiatives and innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and contractors to ensure effective project coordination and knowledge sharing.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for Road Infrastructure: Genuine interest in road engineering, infrastructure management, and the transportation sector.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, road design, and project management concepts. Proficiency in relevant software and tools will be an advantage.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
