Responsibilities

- Managing email lists and ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics.
- Assisting in A/B testing to optimize email performance.
- Conducting email audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implementing flows and campaigns on Email Service Providers (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign.
- Performing list clean-ups and segmentation for targeted messaging.
- Collaborating closely with designers and copywriters to align with brand objectives.
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure error-free email content.
- Creating briefs for the copy team to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Generating performance reports to track the success of email campaigns.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have native to near-native proficiency in English.
- Possess at least one year of email marketing experience.
